Hydro Developers Limited was incorporated and registered by the registrar of companies on the 18th of March 2003.
Our primary activities are that of acquiring, land and/or buildings, construction of Residential building & commercial buildings for sale and or for the purpose of earning rental income. We are also involved in securing large parcels of land, subsequently sub-divide into smaller plots and sell to generate revenue.
We currently hold the ownership of the following properties in and around Nairobi:
- Hydro Village Building formerly known as OTC Building.
- Hydro Industrial Park Warehouses Off Lunga Lunga Road In industrial area Nairobi.
- Juja Industrial Estate – Juja Town Off Thika Road.
- River Island – Kamiti Road – Off Thika Road.
- Various Joint Ventures and Associated projects.
